Pull up a {virtual} seat and get focused training from Courtney on a once per week basis. The program will be a combination of group Zoom meetings from where ever you are, reading or listening to an article or podcast sometimes, and doing some personal digging & discovery. LIT program members will be part of a private Slack channel.
Participation in the LIT program is completely voluntary and is offered at no cost to current team members at Grayce. This is an incredible value and will provide practical insight, tools, and growth opportunities to move you forward in life and in your career. LIT program participation and success is not required for promotions at Grayce, but is a definite factor in those decisions.
LIT programs last 6 weeks at a time & participants are asked to commit to that time period, not missing more than 1 virtual meeting. Meetings will be arranged with everyone’s schedules in mind so that all participants can be committed.
