Who We Are

Hi! We’re so glad you found us! We are a group of super passionate women dedicated to creating exemplary formal attire shopping experiences! We’re your hype woman, your confidant, your stylish BFF. We LOVE what we do and why we do it! We come from many different backgrounds and career paths. Most of us came for the fashion and the love of helping people, but we all stay because we’ve found more.

At Grayce, you’re going to find gorgeous dresses, but we know you can find that at most bridal shops. The real magic is in what you don’t expect to find. Behind all the sparkly things is a purpose so much bigger than fashion and fun.

It’s the precious life moments that you trust us to be part of. It’s the belief that you deserve the absolute best. You deserve to be surprised and delighted; listened to and inspired. You deserve an experience that helps you feel great in your skin, welcomed into a family, and transported from an ordinary day into one that dreams are made of.

It’s about you. And it’s about them - our team members. We believe that extraordinary experiences require extraordinary humans to give them. The magic is in the many, many hours of training we put into each and every stylist so that they can be fully present, intuitive, and knowledgeable as they help you find the most important dresses you’ll ever wear. It’s the leadership development we’re so crazy about that not only makes our team members better stylists, but better humans.

And it’s about them - those less fortunate. We have officially partnered with another female-founded organization dedicated to combatting malnutrition in children living in the Democratic Republic of Congo. A portion of every dollar spent at Grayce is actively used to help save these children. Read more about our cause here.

Our Mission

At Grayce, our mission is to serve, celebrate, and empower women.

While this is a short & seemingly simple statement, it holds deep meaning. We believe in serving not just as a behavior we display in our stores, but as a way of life. We believe in a model of service that is not obligatory, but chosen out of a humble strength and deep care for those around us. It is born out of a belief that every person is worthy of spectacular experiences, genuine love and kindness, and feeling valued. We commit to serving our customers, our communities, and our fellow team members. True service comes from a place of strength and security and is the highest form of leadership.

We exist to celebrate because the world needs more joy. We serve people not just through special events, but through the huge life moments that those events represent. We celebrate individuality, growth, and love. We celebrate every shape, size, and color. We bring true excitement to our jobs and believe in lifting each others’ spirits through our positivity and encouragement. Women are so often told that we must fit a certain mold or that we are not enough. We commit to creating an environment where a woman is celebrated just as she is and walks away more confident and happy than she came.

The term “empower” is perhaps overused in present culture, but we believe in a form of empowerment that goes beyond a catchy saying or an alluring tagline. To empower another, one must have power to give. As team members at Grayce, we prioritize our own growth and the development of people skills so that we have the expertise and strength to give to others. We are committed to learning how to navigate tricky dynamics within group settings so that we can truly empower women to find their voice and make big decisions. We are passionate about giving our team members training and education that grows them as people and not just employees, so that they are truly empowered to live better lives, have healthier relationships, and pass along that gift to others.
